1. Who we are

For any question about this policy, or to ask us about the information we hold on you, contact success@islandnetkn.com or call 1-869-465-9435.
2. Information we collect

Account and service information: your package, installation date, equipment assigned to you, support tickets, technician notes and service history.
Billing information: invoices, payments, credits, balances and receipts. Card details are collected and stored by our payment provider, not by us.
Network information: the technical data needed to run your connection, such as equipment identifiers, connection times, data volumes and the address assigned to your service.
Website and app information: pages visited and actions taken, used to keep the service working and to improve it.
3. Why we use it
To supply, install, maintain and support your internet service.
To invoice you, collect payment, apply credits and manage your account balance.
To contact you about your service, including maintenance windows, service interruptions, invoices and account notices.
To handle your support tickets and dispatch technicians.
To meet our legal, regulatory and tax obligations, and to prevent fraud and misuse of the network.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
We share only what is needed with the providers who help us run the service: our billing and customer management system, our payment provider, our email delivery provider and our network suppliers.
We may disclose information where we are required to by law, by a court, or by a competent regulator.
5. How long we keep it
Account, billing and agreement records are kept for as long as you are a customer and afterwards for the period required by law and for our own accounting records.
Support tickets and technician notes are kept as part of your service history.
Where information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
6. How we protect it
Access to customer information is limited to IslandNet staff who need it to do their work, and staff access is controlled by role.
Card details are never held on IslandNet systems. Payments are handled by our payment provider on their own secure platform.
Our systems use encrypted connections, and passwords and account credentials are stored securely.
7. Your choices
You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
You may ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
You may ask us to stop sending you marketing messages at any time. We will still send you essential service and billing notices while you are a customer.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and material changes are announced to customers by email or in the IslandNet app.
